She’s got legs…

…she knows how to use them…

I’m not complaining, and this is not intended to be a bragging session. I just want y’all to know that if I’m walking a little stiff-legged today, it’s because Crystal’s Bootcamp workout yesterday included 395 squats.

395.

First, we did 3 sets of 10 squats during the warm-up, then 2 sets of 10 squats with a PVC pipe overhead. So… 50.

Then we did a circuit of deadlifts, sumo squats with an upright row, thrusters (a squat with an overhead press), and swings (a squat with a dumbbell swing). That was a total of 315 squats — with an uphill sprint at the beginning and the finish.

Then we ended our workout with 3 sets of 10 jump squats (interspersed with other stuff, of course, ’cause she’s twisted like that).

50 + 315 + 30 = 395
