Better Than Nothing
Gah! October has been super suck for me. Today was another day when I felt nappy and un-motivated. There have been too many of those lately.
Dave and I had planned to run, but when it came time, I felt more like plopping on the couch than hitting the trail. So I did. I curled up with my book and a bottle of water… but then I was so grumpy, I felt like I should do something, so I did this:
- 25 squats
- 5X 20 situps + 10 pushups
- 25 squats
It didn’t make me feel any less grumpy, but at least I was grumpy with 50 squats, 50 pushups, and 100 situps under my belt.
I don’t know my problem is — or to be more accurate and honest, I have an inkling of what my problem is but I haven’t sorted out how to talk about it yet. Anyway… I’m going to keep thinking about it, and then I’ll probably write about it and share it with all of you.
Pretty exciting, right?
