Fitness Spotlight invited a bunch of us big mouth bloggers to share our thoughts on the “best cardio workout routine.” I sent them a workout, along with my criteria for what makes a good workout… namely, that we should forget the “vanilla-flavored, long-form aerobic activity” and go for intensity, variety, and fun.
