50% Fat

I shared this link on Twitter this morning, but the video is so good, I want to make sure you see it. My favorite part? “Fifty percent of our calories should come from fat.”

HOW DELICIOUS IS THAT?!

I love that the way to reduce MY body fat is to consume more (high quality) fat. Don’t you?

    This is really interesting. I do wonder at the beginning stat that depression will be the leading cause of death in 2020… Other than that, right on!!

    I'm all for eating more fat but this doesn't seem super sciency. Especially the part about "50% that's. . .what. . . half of the people here? probably more?" :-)
