I’ve had two really excellent workout days back-to-back, and I’m on day four of 100% clean eating, and I’m feeling like about a billion bucks. Although, I have been punished with the burpee torture.

I know it’s a controversial point of view, but I love burpee box jumps. Ridiculous, right?!

Yes, back in the day, I played Laurie in “Oklahoma” and had the dubious honor of opening the show with an a cappella “Oh, what a beautiful morning… oh, what a beautiful day…“

I can barely talk, I’m biting my tongue SO hard to keep from complaining. Good thing I can still type!
