There are some foods that cause rifts between even the closest of hearts. Foods like mushrooms, olives, capers, and even celery can bring an otherwise lovely dinner to the brink of disaster.

Step 1Chop the mango into 1/2-inch pieces. Lovingly place 1/2 cup of the mango in a pretty bowl.
Step 2Pour 1/4 cup of coconut milk over the mango. (I used reduced-fat coconut milk ’cause that means I can also eat almonds and avocados and olive oil in the same meal. Multiple healthy fat sources makes for a happy girl. You do what you like.)
