200# Deadlift: Done!

A few weeks ago, I mentioned that I was going to attempt a 200# deadlift PR this week. Well…  I did it! After completing my prescribed deadlifts for the day, I loaded the bar with 200#, took a deep breath, and picked it up! WOOT! It was heavy, but not that heavy. As I’ve said many times, I have no love for thrusters. A Dirty Dozen of Double-Unders

Sucking it up with the double-unders on Monday paid off in spades today! I got 10 DUs unbroken and then… to my extreme surprise and delight, I got another 12 unbroken. A dirty dozen of double-unders.
